11ZAC Requirements for last resort supply plan
A last resort supply plan for a supply area is one that deals with the supply of gas to small use customers in the area by the holder of a trading licence (a supplier of last resort) if the plan comes into operation under section 11ZAD.
A last resort supply plan must set out the arrangements, and make the provisions, that are necessary for the supply of gas as mentioned in subsection (1).
A last resort supply plan must —
make provision for any matter or circumstance that is prescribed; and
otherwise comply with the regulations.
A last resort supply plan is of no effect to the extent that it is inconsistent with —
this Act or another written law; or
an access arrangement under the National Gas Access (Western Australia) Law.
