11ZAH Amendment of plan by supplier
(1)
With the approval of the Authority, the supplier of last resort for a supply area may amend the last resort supply plan for that area.
(2)
The supplier of last resort must submit any proposed amendment to the Authority for approval.
(3)
If an amendment is so submitted the Authority may —
(a)
approve it;
(b)
request that it be changed and approve it in a changed form; or
(c)
refuse to approve it.
