11ZAK Provision may be made by regulation
The regulations may make provision for and in relation to —
the preparation and approval process for a last resort supply plan under sections 11ZAF and 11ZAG, and the amendment of a plan;
last resort supply arrangements under a plan, including for and in relation to —
the commencement of arrangements;
notification to small use customers and other affected persons of matters relating to the arrangements, including —
the commencement of arrangements;
the effect of the arrangements and steps that will or may be taken; and
rights, powers, duties and procedures that apply under the arrangements;
the identification of the small use customers affected by the commencement of arrangements and the provision of identifying information to the supplier of last resort;
the transfer of small use customers to the supplier of last resort and the nature of the relationship between them;
the terms and conditions of supply of gas under the arrangements, including those relating to pricing and the imposition of charges;
the recovery of costs by the supplier of last resort;
the duration and cessation of any obligation to supply gas under the arrangements; and
other rights, powers and duties of —
the Authority;
the supplier of last resort;
small use customers; and
other persons,
in connection with the carrying out of the arrangements or the operation of a last resort supply plan.
