11ZAF Functions of supplier of last resort
The functions of a supplier of last resort for a supply area are —
(a)
to prepare a draft last resort supply plan for that area and submit it to the Authority within 3 months after the supplier is designated or within such longer period as the Authority may allow;
(b)
to consult with the Authority with a view to obtaining approval of the draft plan; and
(c)
to carry out the arrangements and other provisions in the last resort supply plan approved or determined by the Authority under section 11ZAG, if the plan comes into operation under section 11ZAD.
