13B Application for review
Any person aggrieved by a reviewable decision may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of the decision.
In subsection (1) —
person aggrieved means —
the holder of a certificate of competency, permit or authorisation; or
a person who has applied for a certificate of competency, permit or authorisation;
reviewable decision means a decision made under this Act in relation to a certificate of competency, permit or authorisation, including a decision made in dealing with a person referred to in section 13A(11) but not including a decision to make an allegation to the State Administrative Tribunal.
