13CA Annual reporting
The annual report under Part 5 of the Financial Management Act 2006 of the department of the Public Service in which the Director is employed is to include details of —
the number, nature, and outcome, of —
investigations and inquiries undertaken under this Act by, or at the direction of, the Director; and
matters that have been brought before the State Administrative Tribunal under this Act by the Director;
the number and nature of matters referred to in paragraph (a) that are outstanding;
any trends or special problems that may have emerged;
forecasts of the workload of the Director in performing functions under this Act in the year after the year to which the report relates; and
any proposals for improving the performance of the Director’s functions under this Act.
