Operation of special control areas

The following special control areas are shown on the Scheme Map —

(a)

Water Catchments — Special Control Area (SCA No. 1); and

(b)

Kemerton Industrial Zone Buffer Area — Special Control Area (SCA No. 2); and

(c)

Glen Iris Service Corridor Buffer Area — Special Control Area (SCA No. 3); and

(d)

Wastewater Treatment Plant Odour Buffer Areas — Special Control Areas (SCA No. 4).

The provisions of this Part applying to the special control areas apply in addition to the provisions of the Scheme applying to any underlying zone or reserve and any general provisions of the Scheme.
