Requirement for approval to commence development

Current

Subject to clauses 25 and 26 a person must not commence or carry out —

(a)

development on reserved land; or

(b)

development of a kind or class specified in a resolution made by the Commission under clause 27,

unless that person has first applied for and obtained the planning approval of the Commission under Part 7.
