38 Role of conciliator
A conciliator’s function is to encourage the settlement of the complaint by —
(a)
arranging for the provider and the person who made the complaint to hold informal discussions about the complaint; and
(b)
helping in the conduct of those discussions; and
(c)
if possible, assisting the provider and the person who made the complaint to reach agreement.
