39 Representation in conciliation process

(1)

Neither a person who has complained to the Director nor a provider may be represented by another person during the conciliation process unless the Director otherwise determines on the ground that the process will not work effectively without that representation.

(2)

A determination under subsection (1) does not prevent the personal attendance of any other person who may, in the opinion of the conciliator, help in the conciliation.
