41 Parties may resolve complaint
(1)
Nothing in this Act prevents the person who has made a complaint and the provider resolving the matter by agreement at any time, whether or not with the help of the Office.
(2)
If such a resolution occurs the person who made the complaint must without delay give notice of the fact to the Director.
(3)
When the Director or a conciliator becomes aware that a complaint has been resolved he or she must stop dealing with the complaint under this Act.
