49 Form and date of determination
(1)
As soon as practicable after determining an application, the Commission must give notice of the determination to the applicant in the form approved by the Commission.
(2)
The date of the determination is the date specified in the notice.
(3)
If development approval under this Scheme is refused the Commission must give reasons for its refusal.
