53 Approval subject to later approval of details
If an application for development approval under this Scheme is for development of land that includes building or works, development approval may be granted subject to matters requiring subsequent development approval, including, for example —
the siting, design and external appearance of the buildings; and
means of access; and
landscaping; and
any other matters the Commission considers appropriate.
The Commission may require such further details as it considers appropriate before considering an application for subsequent development approval.
An application for subsequent development approval must be made not later than 2 years after the date of the determination of the first approval, or such other period as is specified in the first approval.
