12 Fees for changes of authorised premises (Act s. 61(b))
In this regulation —
fixed premises means any premises that are not mobile premises.
For the purposes of the Act section 61(b), the prescribed fee is —
if the application involves adding particulars of any mobile premises or substituting particulars of any premises with particulars of any mobile premises — $148.00 for each of the mobile premises the particulars of which are to be added; and
if the application involves adding particulars of any fixed premises or substituting particulars of any premises with particulars of any fixed premises — $148.00 for each of the fixed premises the particulars of which are to be added.
