14 Infringement notice and withdrawal notice, forms of (Act s. 101(1) and 103(1))

For the purposes of the Act section 101(1), Schedule 1 Form 1 is prescribed.
(2)
For the purposes of the Act section 103(1), Schedule 1 Form 2 is prescribed.
