4 Exclusions from definition of motor vehicle
Each of the following is excluded from the definition of motor vehicle in the Act section 3(1) —
(a)
a box‑trailer without brakes;
(b)
a vintage vehicle;
(c)
a power assisted pedal cycle;
(d)
an exempt motorised wheelchair;
(e)
a Segway;
(f)
a vehicle with a power output of not more than 200 watts.
