National Trust of Australia (W.A.) Act 1964

In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears, —

councillor means a member of the Council;

the Association means the association incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 1895 ², on 11 September 1959 by the name of The National Trust of Australia (W.A.);

the Council means the Council of The Trust;

The Trust means The National Trust of Australia (W.A.) established and incorporated under this Act.
