5 Objects of The Trust
(1)
Subject to this Act, the objects of The Trust are those set out in the Schedule.
(2)
The Governor may, by order in council at the request of The Trust and after a resolution in that behalf has been duly passed by The Trust, amend by adding to, taking away from, varying or modifying any of the objects contained in the Schedule.
