13 Suspension or cancellation of parking bay licences

(1)

The CEO may suspend or cancel a parking bay licence if there are reasonable grounds for believing that —

(a)

information given by the licensee in, or in connection with, the application for the licence, or an application for the variation, renewal or transfer of the licence, is false or misleading in a material particular; or

(b)

the licensee has contravened or is contravening a condition of the licence.

(2)

The CEO may suspend or cancel a parking bay licence if the licence fee, or an instalment of the licence fee, as the case requires, is not paid on or before the due date.

(3)

A suspension or cancellation takes effect when notice of it is served on the licensee with a statement of the reasons for it.
