Applications for parking bay licence

In force

(1)

The owner of land or a building in the Perth parking management area may apply to the CEO for a parking bay licence.

(2)

An application must —

(a)

be in a form approved by the CEO; and

(b)

be accompanied by any prescribed documents or prescribed information; and

(c)

be accompanied by the prescribed application fee (if any).
