Part 2Parking bay licences
17 Review of CEO’s decisions
(1)
An applicant for a parking bay licence, or for the variation, renewal or transfer of a parking bay licence, may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of a decision of the CEO —
(a)
not to issue, vary, renew or transfer the licence; or
(b)
to impose a condition on the licence.
(2)
A licensee may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of a decision of the CEO to suspend or cancel the licence.
