16 Renewal of parking bay licences
(1)
A licensee may apply to the CEO for the renewal of the parking bay licence.
(2)
The application must —
(a)
be in a form approved by the CEO; and
(b)
be accompanied by any prescribed documents or prescribed information; and
(c)
be accompanied by the prescribed application fee (if any).
(3)
The CEO must renew the licence unless grounds for suspending or cancelling it under section 13 exist, or would exist if it were renewed.
