38 No requirement to give information more than once
(1)
Despite any other provision of this Part, an instrument holder for a pipeline activity or operator of a pipeline activity is not required to give information to the Minister under this Part if, at the relevant time, the information has already been given in accordance with the Act or another written law.
(2)
Subregulation (1) does not apply if —
(a)
the information already given has been lost or destroyed; and
(b)
the instrument holder or operator has been notified of the loss or destruction.
