39 Minister may decline to consider submission if information not given
(1)
The Minister may decline to consider a submission made under Part 2 by the operator of a pipeline activity until —
(a)
the instrument holder for the pipeline activity complies with regulation 36; or
(b)
the operator of the pipeline activity complies with regulation 37.
(2)
Subregulation (1) does not apply if the information has already been given in accordance with the Act or another written law.
