Notice of proposal

In force

The Commission must, as early as practicable during the advertising period for a proposed policy or proposed amendment advertised under regulation 6, give written notice of the advertisement prepared under regulation 9 to the following —

(a)

any local government the district of which the Commission considers is likely to be affected by the proposed policy or proposed amendment;

(b)

any government agency, representative group or person that the Commission considers has an interest in the proposed policy or proposed amendment.
