5 Preparation of amendment to State planning policy
(1)
The Commission may, with the agreement or on the direction of the Minister, prepare a proposed amendment to a State planning policy.
(2)
Despite subregulation (1), the agreement or direction of the Minister is not required if the proposed amendment is a standard amendment.
