Notice of proposed repeal of State planning policy

In force

The Commission must, as early as practicable during the advertising period for an instrument of repeal, give written notice of the advertisement prepared under regulation 23 to the following —

(a)

any local government the district of which the Commission considers is likely to be affected by the repeal of the State planning policy;

(b)

any government agency, representative group or person that the Commission considers has an interest in the repeal of the State planning policy.
