21 Requirement to advertise instrument of repeal
(1)
The Commission must advertise, for public inspection and public submissions, an instrument of repeal prepared under regulation 20(1)(b)(i).
(2)
For the purposes of subregulation (1), the instrument of repeal must be advertised by publishing the following on the Commission’s website for the whole of the advertising period —
(a)
the advertisement prepared under regulation 23;
(b)
a copy of the instrument of repeal;
(c)
a copy of the State planning policy proposed to be repealed;
(d)
any other document that the Commission considers it is appropriate to publish.
