152 Notices by former Board

(1)

If the former Board has fixed by notice the maximum amount of remuneration of a licensee under section 61 of the Act immediately prior to commencement day, that notice is to be taken to have been given by the Commissioner and continues in force until amended or revoked by the Commissioner.

(2)

If notice has been given to the former Board under section 116(2) of the Act as it was immediately prior to commencement day, that notice is taken to be given to the Commissioner for the purposes of that subsection.
