Unfinished investigations by former Board

In force

Investigations being carried out by the former Board under the Act as it was prior to the commencement day that are not complete by the commencement day —

(a)

are taken to have been commenced by the Commissioner for the purposes of the Act; and

(b)

are to continue under the direction and control of the Commissioner.
