158 Staff of former Board
The officers of the former Board and the former Registrar who held office immediately before the commencement day continue to be employed, under and subject to the Public Sector Management Act 1994 Part 3, as officers of the department.
A person mentioned in subsection (1) is to be regarded as having been engaged or employed, as is relevant, by the chief executive officer.
Except as otherwise agreed by a person mentioned in subsection (1), the remuneration, existing or accrued rights, rights under a superannuation scheme or continuity of service of the person are not affected, prejudiced or interrupted by the operation of subsection (1).
