Terms, conditions and restrictions
17 Terms, conditions and restrictions
A permit is subject to the following conditions —
that the permit holder ensures that all other written laws regarding the work or action authorised by the permit are complied with;
that where a condition attached to a permit relating to an alteration in work authorised under the permit has not been complied with within the time specified in the condition and after written notice to that effect has been given by the Minister, the Minister may take such action as is necessary to ensure the condition is complied with and may recover the cost of doing so from the permit holder as a debt due in a court of competent jurisdiction.
The Minister may, at his or her discretion, include in a permit any other term, condition or restriction but regulation 7(2) and (3) applies to the exercise of that discretion.
