31 Evidence
In proceedings for an offence under the Act, an averment that —
(a)
a licence under this Act was given, or was given to a specified person or at a specified time;
(b)
a specified person is the holder of a particular licence or permit; or
(c)
an instrument, within the meaning of section 26GZH, is registered under Part III Division 3E of the Act or was registered at a specified time,
is to be taken to have been proved unless the contrary is shown.
