150 Notices as to corresponding laws about persons responsible for vehicle
A law declared to be a corresponding law for the purposes of the RT Act section 5A(3) by a notice published under that provision and in effect immediately before commencement day is, on and from commencement day, to be taken to be a law declared for the purposes of the definition in section 4 of “corresponding”, in relation to the law of another jurisdiction and a law of this State.
