161 Infringement notices
If, before commencement day —
(a)
a traffic infringement notice as defined in the RT Act section 5(1) had been served; and
(b)
the notice had not been withdrawn; and
(c)
payment of the whole or part of a penalty under the notice had not been made,
on and from commencement day, the notice is to be taken to be an infringement notice for the purposes of this Act.
