153 Use of certain particulars
(1)
Particulars supplied to the Commissioner of Police under the RT Act section 8(2) before commencement day are, on and from commencement day, to be taken to be particulars supplied under section 12(2).
(2)
Offence particulars supplied to the Director General under the RT Act section 8(5) before commencement day are, on and from commencement day, to be taken to be offence particulars supplied under section 12(6).
