155 Notices and delegations as to temporary suspension of laws
(1)
A notice published under the RT Act section 83(1)(b) that was in effect immediately before commencement day is, on and from commencement day, to be taken to be a notice published under section 139(1)(b).
(2)
A delegation of the Minister under the RT Act section 83(6) that was in effect immediately before commencement day is, on and from commencement day, to be taken to be a delegation of the Minister under section 139(6).
