58 Prescribed offences and modified penalties
(1)
The offences specified in Schedule 5 are prescribed as offences for which an infringement notice may be given under section 88A.
(2)
The modified penalty specified opposite an offence in Schedule 5 is the modified penalty for that offence for the purposes of section 88A(3) and (5).
