Need for election, Board to notify UnionsWA of (Act s. 8(1)(c))

In force

The Board is to notify UnionsWA that an election is required —

(a)

at least 6 months before the expiry of the term of office of a current director elected under section 8(1)(c) of the Act; or

(b)

in the case of an election to fill a casual vacancy in the office of a director elected under section 8(1)(c) of the Act, as soon as practicable after the vacancy occurs.
