238 Declaration and notification of results
(1)
After counting the votes the returning officer is to declare the results of the election and notify all the candidates.
(2)
Within 7 days of declaring the results the returning officer is to notify the Treasurer —
(a)
of the results; and
(b)
that the election has been conducted in accordance with these regulations.
(3)
The Treasurer is to cause notice of the results to be published in the Gazette.
