Application for authorisation

In force

(1)

A person may apply to the Board for authorisation to carry out 1 or more of the acts of veterinary medicine specified in Schedule 6.

(2)

The application must —

(a)

be made in writing in the form approved by the Board; and

(b)

specify each act of veterinary medicine that the person is applying for authorisation to carry out; and

[(ba) deleted]

(c)

be accompanied by any evidence of the person’s skills, qualifications, experience or training that the Board may require; and

(d)

be accompanied by the application fee specified in Schedule 7 item 14.
