20 List of authorised persons
(1)
The Board must prepare and maintain a list of the persons who hold an authorisation under this Division.
(2)
The list must, for each person, specify the conditions (if any) to which the person’s authorisation is subject under regulation 17(1).
(3)
The Board must ensure that the list is available for inspection, free of charge, by members of the public —
(a)
at the office of the Board or another place approved by the Board; or
(b)
on a website maintained by the Board.
