18 Modification or removal of conditions
(1)
The Board may, if it considers there are reasonable grounds for doing so, modify or remove a condition imposed on a person’s authorisation under this Division.
(2)
If the Board decides under subregulation (1) to modify or remove a condition on a person’s authorisation, the Board must give written notice of the decision to the person.
(3)
A decision under subregulation (1) to modify or remove a condition on a person’s authorisation takes effect on the later of the following —
(a)
the day on which notice of the decision is given to the person under subregulation (2);
(b)
the day (if any) specified in the notice.
