12 Application for renewal of authorisation
(1)
A person may apply to the Board for the renewal of an authorisation granted under this Division.
(2)
The application must —
(a)
be made in writing in the form approved by the Board; and
(b)
be made before the day on which the authorisation to which it relates expires; and
(c)
specify the authorisation to which it relates; and
(d)
be accompanied by the application fee specified in Schedule 7 item 15.
