Ask for a marked-up version of a document in your brief and Briefs produces a separate review copy, with additions in red, deletions crossed out and research notes labelled. You can read it on the website or export it to Word.
The original you uploaded does not change. Briefs will not mark up witness evidence, though witness documents can still be used as research sources.
