208 Orders—generally
(1)
If a court convicts a person, or finds a person guilty, of an offence against this Act, the court may make 1 or more orders under this part against the person.
(2)
An order may be made under this part in addition to any penalty that may be imposed, or any other action that may be taken in relation to the offence.
(3)
An order may be made under this part regardless of whether any penalty is imposed, or other action is taken, in relation to the offence.
