82 Record of claims for enrolment
(1)
If the commissioner is satisfied that a record of the particulars of a claim for enrolment or transfer of enrolment is kept on microfiche, microfilm or in any other appropriate permanent form, the claim may be destroyed.
(2)
A record of particulars of a claim that is kept in accordance with subsection (1) is evidence of the particulars of that claim.
