23 Commonwealth APPs apply to certain public sector agencies engaged in commercial activities
(1)
This section applies to the acts and practices of a public sector agency if—
(a)
the agency is prescribed by regulation; and
(b)
the acts and practices relate to the agency’s commercial activities.
(2)
The Commonwealth APPs apply to the acts and practices of the public sector agency as if the agency were an organisation within the meaning of the Commonwealth Act.
