55 Information privacy commissioner may make guidelines
(1)
The information privacy commissioner may make guidelines about the following:
(a)
to help public sector agencies bound by TPP codes to apply or comply with the codes;
(b)
matters the public sector agency must consider when developing a TPP code under section 50;
(c)
the conduct of disclosure of personal information about an individual by a public sector agency for TPP 6.3 (d).
(2)
A guideline is a notifiable instrument.
