43 Commissioner may report serious or repeated interferences to Minister
(1)
If the information privacy commissioner, after dealing with a privacy complaint, is reasonably satisfied that the act or practice the subject of the complaint is a serious or repeated interference with the complainant’s privacy, the commissioner may give the Minister a written report about the complaint.
(2)
If the commissioner gives the Minister a report mentioned in subsection (1), the Minister must present the report to the Legislative Assembly within 6 sitting days after the day the Minister receives the report.
